Snowbilla is a small aperture seismic network with the aim to experiment the recording of seismic signals induced by snow avalanche and to record microseismicity in the area of the Sibillini Mountains (Central Italy). The seismic stations are equipped by high performance velocimeters and the continuous data are transmitted in real time.
The network also records microseismicity originated by adjacent Mount Vettore Fault, source of the Mw 6.5 30 october 2016 earthquake.
